How it Works

Your residents are surveyed via email. Our short, easy-to-answer surveys
result in tremendous response rates – most often 24% or greater. This
constant feedback from residents means that you are gauging the pulse of
your community constantly. Not annually. Not quarterly. But each and
every day.
You will receive monthly reports on resident satisfaction trends, but your resident email list is divided so that no resident is surveyed more than twice a year. This process ensures residents feel that you are listening to their needs – but not flooding their in-box.
