How it Works
Trained, in-house J Turner agents will conduct a phone survey of your residents. The
phone survey method allows us to ask open-ended questions and report
answers that are often more in-depth than those obtained via written
questionnaires. The study is conducted over a period of two weeks. Your
report is then compiled and provided to you within five weeks of receiving
contact information.
