P102219-RYAN-HAMILTONWhen you attend the J Turner Research Summit, you’ll receive unparalleled insight into the current state and future of the apartment industry. You’ll be steeped in data and facts.

But it won’t be all serious stuff all the time. We’ll also show you a very good time.

Case in point: only at the J Turner Summit will you get to experience a one-of-a-kind dinner and show with stand-up comedian Ryan Hamilton on the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 10.

Not sure who Ryan Hamilton is? Well, then, you are in for a real pleasure – in fact, one of the J Turner Summit planners had just finished watching Ryan’s Netflix special “Happy Face,” and was so excited to hear he will be performing at the conference.

“I couldn’t stop laughing the entire time,” she shared. “His humor is something I haven’t experienced before. It’s honest. It’s subtle. It’s all stuff we have thought about ourselves; something we can all relate to. The audience will love him – he had me rolling!”

According to his Wikipedia page, his humor “focuses on his own experiences, including his single life, skydiving, hot air balloons, and his huge smile.” His official bio sheds more light on his style, noting he has used his “unique perspective of growing up in rural Idaho” to carve out an original voice in the New York and national comedy scene.

In 2012, Rolling Stone named him as one of its Five Comics to Watch. He has made appearances on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” “Conan,” “The Late Late Show,” “Last Comic Standing,” Comedy Central and Showtime.

We are so very excited about Ryan’s upcoming performance at the Research Summit. But don’t just wait until the conference, check out his recent appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Trust us, he is a don’t miss!
