The third annual Division ORA™ Power Ranking is live. We rank the Top 25 companies in Division II (20,000 up to Division I), Division III (10,000 to 19,999 units), and Division IV (2,000 to 9,999 units). Division I companies were announced earlier in May - Top 25 of the NMHC Top 50 management companies with the best online reputation in the nation. The NMHC cut-off for Division I was 33,107 units.

In 2019, we introduced the Division ranking to expand the ORA™ award recognition to include management companies that manage over 2,000 units.

The ORA™ Power Rankings is informed by our extensive, monthly research of the ratings and reviews of 123,000 + properties across various review sites and ILSs.
