2021 ELITE 1% ORA® POWER RANKING

J Turner Research announces the 2021 Elite 1% ORA® Power Ranking of conventional properties with the best online reputation in the nation based on individual ORA® scores. A total of 1,564 properties made the ORA® Elite list. In its eighth year, this ranking is released in association with Multifamily Executive, our media partner.

The ORA® Power Ranking is based on the relative strength of over 128,000 properties across various review sites and ILSs. It is an independent ranking; a property or a management company is not required to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for the monthly rankings.
