I moved into Grand River Canyon about 6 months ago. I am new to the Colorado Springs area, from Ohio. The complex itself is a little older than some of the new apartments being built, however it is very well maintained. Rent is comparable to other complexes in the area, however you get much more space. I have a one bed/one bath - it's very spacious and lots of natural light. I did decide to pay a little more for an unobstructed view of Pike's Peak...and I don't regret it for a second! Maybe it's because I'm from the Mid-West, but nothing beats being able to have my morning coffee on my balcony, looking at Pike's Peak and watching the sunrise :) The area is very safe - being a single female, I'm always adamant about not living on a first floor, however here I would have been completely fine. The maintenance team is fantastic - I haven't had one maintenance request last longer than 2 days. The ladies in the front office are outstanding!! Christina is AMAZING! She always greets me by name whenever I stop by the office and she always knows when I have something to pick up even before I ask! She exhumes wonderful tenant service. Lots of amenities, include a fitness center, hot tub and pool. Free (good) coffee every morning in the clubhouse too :) I highly recommend making Grand River Canyon your next home!

Went in today to look at an apartment. The ladies in the office are amazing! They were super helpful and ready with information. We have been to other places applying for apartments and received vague answers and "Just apply and see!" responses. They went over all our concerns with us and gave their best educated answers. This eased our concerns and inspired us to submit our application, that came back approved. We are incredibly excited to move into our new home! Thank you so much ladies for dealing with a worry wart like me with such patience!! Very impressed with Grand River Canyon!!

Everyone that works here is amazing. They're always kind, patient, friendly, and understanding. I'm dealing with a lot of personal stuff right now and every person I've talked to regarding what's going on has been not only empathetic but also eager to help. This place is an amazing home. I would recommend this place to my closest friends. You will always have support from the staff. And that's a big perk. It's also beautiful and well-kept. I feel safe walking my dog alone at night. I love inviting people over because it really is a luxurious apartment. If you're thinking of living here, do it.
