Absolutely wonderful place to live!! The entire Trail Ridge staff, management and maintenance personell, all made me feel like I was part of one big family. Wonderful group of people. Property has a great community building, fitness center, hot-tub/pool, and campfire patio area. Property was very well maintained and held a gorgeous mountain living experience. Highly recommended!!

It has been a pleasure staying at Trail Ridge this last year. We will be returning to our 'home and native land' in June but will have very fond memories of this temporary home. The office and maintenance staff have been just great! They are helpful and accommodating. Every area of the complex is always clean and well kept. Any small maintenance issues were addressed promptly and with friendly faces. Special shout out to Debra who in the front office is the face of Trail Ridge. I think she must know each tenant by name and takes the time in her busy day to greet each person who comes into the office, making this a home - not just an apartment building. The gatherings the staff plan for tenants to get to know each other are really special. Thanks to all of you at Trail Ridge for making this a great place to be.
