The 2025 TALi Award Winners

J Turner Research is kicking off its second annual celebration of the TALi Awards. Each community receives a TALi score from their resident feedback programs. The score is a range from 0-10.

Last year’s awards celebrated the top 100 Conventional communities and top 50 Student communities with the strongest resident loyalty scores. In addition to community rankings, we’ll be honoring the top 10 student companies and the top 25 conventional companies by size, recognizing those with the highest average loyalty scores across their portfolios.

Kudos to the communities featured on the 2025 TALi awards list; your accomplishment highlights your dedication to securing the loyalty of your residents.

Disclaimer:  The 2025 TAli Scores were based on the entire year's survey responses. Ties in the ranking were broken through the 4th decimal point. There is a minimum response threshold. For the property level, all properties needed to be with their current management company for at least 6 months to qualify. For the company level, all companies need to be a current client to qualify.
