    Announcing the 2025 Top 25 MSA ORA Power Ranking - the top 25 most populous MSAs (metropolitan statistical areas) in the nation and the top 10 properties in each based on their ORA score. We also highlight the average ORA score of each MSA.

    The population in the Top 25 MSAs ranges from 2,550,637 (Austin-Round Rock, TX MSA) to 19,940,274 (New York–Newark–Jersey City, NY-NJ) The top 25 MSA population data was obtained from Wikipedia in September 2025.

    The MSA ORA Power Ranking series was first introduced in 2017.

    Disclaimer: For properties with the same ORA score, the property with a higher number of reviews ranks higher.
