The 2024 Rising 1K: ORA^® Power Ranking

Introduced in 2023, the Rising 1K ORA Power Ranking honors and celebrates multifamily properties that have made the most significant improvements in their online reputation as reflected in their ORA scores from January to July of the respective year.

Including ties in ORA scores, a total of 1,075 properties made the 2024 Rising 1K list. The properties included in the 2024 list needed a minimum 13-point increase in their ORA score from January to July of 2024.

Our media partner, Multifamily Executive, featured the top 100 properties. A complete list of the Rising 1K Properties is given below.
