The 2026 Einstein Best of Awards: Celebrating Properties Excelling in Operational Areas Residents Value Most

The second annual Einstein Best of Awards recognizes the Top 25 properties that have set the standard for excellence across the operational areas that matter most to residents—Customer Service, Communication, Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Security. The average ORA Score of the ranked properties is 86.31, placing them firmly among the top 5% of multifamily properties nationwide.

These rankings were developed using Einstein™, J Turner Research’s AI-powered review analysis platform, which categorized resident reviews from more than 150,000 multifamily properties nationwide over an 18-month period. The analysis encompassed more than 2 million reviews and 5.5 million review categorizations.

The 2026 winners not only earned exceptional resident praise in their respective categories, but, more importantly, went the past 18 months without receiving a single complaint in the respective operational area. Our media partner, Multifamily Executive, recognized the top 10 properties in each category; the top 25 are listed below.
