The 2026 Rising 1K: ORA^® Power Ranking

The Rising 1K ORA Power Ranking honors and celebrates multifamily properties that have transformed their online reputation as measured by their individual ORA scores and registered the most notable gain in their ORA from January of the ranking year. We first introduced this ranking in 2023.

The 2026 Rising 1K ORA® Power Ranking honors multifamily properties that made the most notable gains in online reputation during the year, as measured by improvement in their ORA scores. Properties are evaluated from the ranking’s January baseline through August 2026, and qualifying communities must meet the annual minimum improvement threshold of 13 ORA points. Multifamily Executive, J Turner Research’s media partner, features the Top 100 properties, with the complete Rising 1K list published by J Turner Research.
