J Turner Research’s Annual TALi 35 Index Measures & Ranks Resident Satisfaction
Houston: J Turner Research, a leading marketing research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, today recognizes the “Atlantis Cove” community in Fort Pierce, Florida for delivering exceptional customer service to its residents throughout the year. Atlantis Cove is managed by Berkshire Property Advisors’ property management division. The annual Turner Apartment Loyalty index (TALi) measures residents’ overall satisfaction while living at the community and benchmarks community scores based on a variety of resident survey criteria. Atlantis Cove achieved the highest TALi ranking of properties surveyed nationwide, and seven additional Berkshire managed properties ranked in the TALi top 35.

Data for the annual TALi rankings is collected by J Turner Research based on the random monthly sampling of resident responses to a variety of customer service related survey questions. Participating respondents are given the opportunity to anonymously share feedback regarding their interaction with community personnel, willingness to provide a referral to the community and satisfaction with maintenance requests, etc. Responses are converted into a unique TALi score and ranked on a scale of 0-10. Communities of achieving TALi score equal to or greater than 7.5 are recognized as part of the elite ranking of communities for their ability to deliver exceptional customer service to residents throughout the year.
