For more than a decade, J Turner has researched and analyzed the expectations and predictions of senior level executives regarding their portfolio, rent concessions, availability of finance, economic optimism, top amenities for prospects, and their most formidable challenges. For some questions, we compare the responses of onsite personnel and C-level executives. In 2020, we expanded the scope of the research to understand the effects of COVID-19 on property management. The 2021 Leaders Survey report features the trends in this research over the last 13 years.
