    Announcing the 2024 Top 50 MSA ORA Power Ranking - the top 50 most populous MSAs (metropolitan statistical areas) in the nation and the top 10 properties in each based on their ORA score. We also highlight the average ORA score of each MSA.

    The population in the Top 50 MSAs ranges from 1,155,604 (Buffalo–Cheektowaga, NY MSA) to 19,498,249 (New York–Newark–Jersey City, NY-NJ) The top 50 MSA population data was obtained from Wikipedia in October 2024.

    The MSA ORA Power Ranking series was first introduced in 2017.

    Disclaimer: For properties with the same ORA score, the property with a higher number of reviews ranks higher.
