Veteran multifamily client services specialist to train and develop sales force
J Turner Research, a leading market research and customer satisfaction firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, today announces the hiring of Mindy Price as vice president of sales. In this newly created role, Price will head up national sales and business development. Additionally, Price will be charged with the ongoing training and development of the J Turner Research sales force.
Price is a seasoned multifamily professional with over a decade of experience in both inside and outside sales. Prior to joining J Turner Research, Price was the executive vice president of Liberty Real Estate Advisors, where she oversaw all aspects of the business process for the Houston-based real estate investment and investor educational services firm. Prior to Liberty Real Estate Advisors, Price was the vice president of business development for Houston-based multifamily real estate development and operations firm Kaplan Management.

Over her extensive multifamily career, Price has excelled in providing client services and catalyzing business growth by focusing on a passion of creating lasting relationships with her clients. A student of radio and television communications and graduate of the Leonard-Hawes School of Real Estate, Price has been a regular contributor to the Houston Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association.

Price began her career as a marketing and training specialist for Greystar Management. From August 2002 to December 2006, she served as the director of Supplier Services for the Houston Apartment Association.
