J Turner Research Names New Operations Manager

Adam Taylor to Assist with Client Programs and Customer Service Initiatives

HOUSTON, March 25, 2009 –
J Turner Research, a leading marketing research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, today announces Adam Taylor as operations manager. The position was developed to better manage client expectations as the company continues to secure business and introduce new product offerings and services.

In his new position, Taylor will assist with overall operations including managing client survey programs, ensuring schedules are met, coordinating data collection and reporting as well as troubleshooting issues related to survey distributions or information receipts. With a focus on customer services initiatives, he will also be responsible for generating and maintaining client logs, daily reporting as well as developing and updating databases. Additionally, J Turner will provide Taylor further training on its proprietary programs and systems to help him better manage client accounts.

Adam’s background in business and finance analysis ensures he can deliver the high level of customer service our clients are accustomed to.”

Prior to joining J Turner, Taylor served as accounts payable associate for Alliantgroup, LP, a Houston-based company providing specialty tax services to CPA firms and their clients. In his position, he was responsible for general accounts payable procedures including bank deposits, posting checks and daily sales reporting. Taylor maintained more than 10 client databases and assisted in other day-to-day accounting activities. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.

Final candidates for the position were required to take three tests determining if their skills and knowledge aligned with the job functions. The tests included a timed IQ/logic survey, an Excel component focused on formula entry and data manipulation and a personality test. Using this research and test methodology, J Turner ensured the proper candidate was selected to best meet the needs of the company and its clients.
