    J Turner Research announces the sixth annual Division ORA Power Ranking – The Top 25 Companies with the best online reputation in Division II, III, IV, and V. We monitor the online reputation of over 144,000 multifamily properties in the country to determine individual ORA scores based on a scale of 0-100 for each property.
