The top properties to make significant improvements in their online reputation since January 2023
J Turner Research introduces an all-new power ranking, the Rising 1K: ORA Power Ranking – a list of multifamily properties that have significantly improved their ORA scores since January 2023. Including ties in ORA scores, 1,184 properties made the 2023 Rising 1K list. The properties included in this inaugural list needed a minimum 15-point increase in their ORA score from January to July 2023.
“The apartment communities recognized in the inaugural Rising 1K Ranking have done an incredible job of listening to resident feedback, enhancing their service, and adding direct value to their assets, resulting in an exceptional day-to-day living experience. When residents are genuinely happy with the service and feel comfortable in their homes, it leads to a better reputation for the property both online and offline,” said Joseph Batdorf, president of J Turner Research.
